Delivery & Returns
Bike delivery starts at a rate of £50 and is calculated by distance. Please be aware when purchasing a bike with us online that full delivery rate will be calculated when organising delivery.
All other items are sent via Royal Mail or UPS/Hermes. A tracking number will be provided with normal 1st or 2nd class mail but if you require full tracking details then please select that option at delivery as the cheapeast delivery option does not offer that.

Any vehicle sold is checked over before leaving us and if any issues with a vehicle after purchase arise we will be happy to inspect the issue and carry out the work with no labour charges as long as it is kept serviced within the manufacturers service schedule and the vehicle is kept in overall good condition.
We can accept warranty claims if we are the authorised dealer for that specific brand of motorbike, or we sold it with warranty.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help.
We will accept returns of clothing, helmets and accessories assuming they are not damaged, have their complete original packaging and labels intact.
If purchasing from our website you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it, or inform us within 14 days and then return within another 14 days.
To be eligible for a return you must return the item in the exact condition you received it, with all labels intact - unless there is a manufacturer fault and the item will be replaced.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please be aware we do not accept exchanges on helmets
